Melissa Bakeberg is Pohlad Companies’ SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer. She joined the Pohlad organization in 2012 as Sr. Compensation Manager, most recently holding the position of VP, Total Rewards & HR. Prior to joining Pohlad Companies, Melissa worked in finance and HR at Tennant Company and started her career in public accounting at Lurie, Besikof and Lapidus. She holds an accounting degree from Augsburg College and has her CPA license (Inactive). Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, playing volleyball, and watching her kids play sports.
